Use of purchases

Purchases are for use on VEXOL servers only. Product availability, server access, wipe timing, and delivery conditions may vary by server.

Customers are responsible for using the correct Discord account, linking steps, server selection, and supported in-game claim flow so delivery can be connected to the order.

VEXOL is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facepunch Studios.

Tip4Serv handles hosted checkout and payment flow. Customers should review the checkout terms shown during purchase.

Orders, rules and support

Discount, coupon, and creator codes are entered during Tip4Serv checkout, not through a custom storefront coupon box.

Server rules remain separate from these terms and should be reviewed in the VEXOL Discord before purchasing or playing.

A purchase does not exempt a player from VEXOL server or community rules. Access may be suspended or removed where an account is banned or restricted for a rules breach, and buying a product does not guarantee continued server access. No refund is due because of a ban or restriction for a rules breach. This does not limit any refund or consumer rights that the law requires.

Lifetime Kits

A Lifetime Kit is a one-time purchase for repeated claims on the VEXOL server selected at purchase, subject to its stated cooldown and claim method. Lifetime access means continued access to the purchased kit while the relevant VEXOL server and kit system remain available.

Kit contents, cooldowns, claim methods and equivalent benefits may reasonably change for balancing, technical or server-development reasons. If the server is materially replaced, changed or discontinued, the original kit cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.

The entitlement is tied to the purchasing or linked account, is non-transferable and has no cash value.

The Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Free Kit

The VEXOL Free Kit is a free digital server benefit available on VEXOL Solo, Duo, Quad and No Limit with no cash value. It is not a paid product and does not grant a permanent Elite Kit entitlement.

One Free P2 claim may be requested every 16 hours total across all VEXOL servers. The player must choose exactly one destination server before delivery. An accepted request sends one claim only to that server's KAOS claim bank; choosing another server does not bypass the shared timer. The player must use "Here, take this." in-game to redeem it. Unused website claims do not accumulate or stack.

Customers must sign in with Discord and use /link in the VEXOL Discord so the relevant VEXOL server claim system can connect the website claim to the in-game account.

Free Kit contents and claim interval may reasonably change for balancing, technical or server-development reasons. Access depends on the relevant VEXOL server and claim system remaining available.

Mandatory consumer-rights wording remains preserved for paid purchases; the Free Kit is provided as a no-cost server benefit.

Discord offers

Checkout provides a clear option to refuse promotional Discord DMs. If a customer continues without opting out, VEXOL may send occasional messages about its own similar products under the customer soft opt-in.

Promotional messages are limited to no more than one every four days and include a free opt-out. Customers can also disable Exclusive Discord offers from Account details at any time.

Discount codes mentioned in a message apply only on the stated terms, period and eligible products. VEXOL does not use invented or permanently available codes as fake exclusives.

Prize Spins

Prize Spins provide one randomly selected virtual reward for use on VEXOL Rust Console servers. Every completed spin produces one reward. Rewards cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, transferred or sold through VEXOL and have no cash value.

The Prize Spins page displays the exact Standard and Boosted probability of every available reward before checkout. The first two paid Prize Spins made by a linked player during each weekly VEXOL wipe use the displayed Boosted Odds. Later paid spins during that wipe use the displayed Standard Odds.

The active probability schedule is fixed before each spin. A completed result is stored with its prize-table version, probability and reward contents so later prize-table changes do not alter an existing result.

Reward pools, future probability schedules and promotional boosts may change for later spins, but updated probabilities will be shown before purchase. Changes do not alter previously completed results.

Players should review the displayed probabilities and contents before purchasing. Paid Prize Spins are unavailable to children unless enabled and supervised by a parent or guardian, and account holders are responsible for controlling access and spending on their account.
