Account information

You can sign in with Discord so VEXOL can show your purchase history, subscriptions and account settings. The storefront requests your Discord identity, including your Discord ID, username or display name and avatar. VEXOL does not request your Discord email during sign-in. If your session has no email, VEXOL asks for a billing email at checkout, securely retains it for later checkouts, and sends it to Tip4Serv only for checkout and invoicing; entering it does not change your Discord login.

Session cookies keep you signed in securely. They are HTTP-only and are used for account access, cart flow, checkout return handling and security checks.

Discord product offers

When VEXOL collects your Discord contact during a checkout, it presents a prominent option to refuse Discord marketing. If you do not opt out, VEXOL may use the customer soft opt-in to send occasional DMs about VEXOL's own similar products and genuine offers.

VEXOL limits these messages to no more than one every four days. Every promotional DM identifies VEXOL and includes a free opt-out. You can also turn Exclusive Discord offers off in Account details at any time.

VEXOL records whether the checkout opt-out was presented and your current preference so objections are respected. Customers whose details were collected without that checkout opportunity are not enrolled retrospectively.

Purchases, subscriptions and visibility

Checkout is handled by Tip4Serv. VEXOL receives the purchase and subscription information needed to show account history, confirm subscription ownership, support delivery and maintain privacy-safe Top Spenders rankings.

Top Spenders can show your Discord display name and avatar. You can turn that off in Account to appear as Anonymous Supporter.

Private Purchase Support tickets may include your Discord account, Tip4Serv order reference, server choice, platform or in-game name, and the issue you describe.

Statistical website analytics

VEXOL uses Google Analytics 4 only to produce aggregate statistics that help improve the website. This includes visitor numbers, pages and store areas viewed, navigation journeys, broad device or browser information, site performance and aggregate cart or checkout-funnel use.

Analytics is not used for advertising, remarketing, profiling, personalised targeting or monitoring individual customers. VEXOL does not send Discord IDs, Discord usernames, Rust usernames, email addresses, customer names, checkout keys, payment details or other customer identifiers as analytics event data.

Statistics-only analytics is on by default. You can object at any time, without an account, through Cookie settings in the footer. Turning Analytics off stops further analytics events and removes VEXOL's accessible Google Analytics cookies.

Google provides the analytics service for VEXOL. Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled and identifiers are session-only. VEXOL retains only non-sensitive store navigation choices such as selected server, category and product; checkout keys, authentication data and all other query parameters are stripped before analytics is sent.

Services and retention

VEXOL uses Discord for login and support, Tip4Serv for checkout and subscription data, and hosting services needed to run the storefront.

VEXOL keeps account, purchase, subscription and support information only while it is needed for storefront operation, customer support, accounting, security, dispute handling or legal obligations.

Deleting or closing a Discord or Tip4Serv account does not automatically erase the separate VEXOL records linked to it. You may ask VEXOL to erase personal information through a private Purchase Support ticket. VEXOL will erase information where the right applies and explain any limited records that must be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, legal obligations or legal claims.

VEXOL normally responds to a privacy-rights request within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how a privacy concern is handled.
