This page explains how the VEXOL storefront uses account, purchase and support information.
Account information
You can sign in with Discord so VEXOL can show your purchase history, subscriptions and account settings. The storefront uses your Discord ID, username or display name, and avatar for this account area.
Session cookies keep you signed in securely. They are HTTP-only and are used for account access, cart flow, checkout return handling and security checks.
Purchases, subscriptions and visibility
Checkout is handled by Tip4Serv. VEXOL receives the purchase and subscription information needed to show account history, confirm subscription ownership, support delivery and maintain privacy-safe Top Spenders rankings.
Top Spenders can show your Discord display name and avatar. You can turn that off in Account to appear as Anonymous Supporter.
Private Purchase Support tickets may include your Discord account, Tip4Serv order reference, server choice, platform or in-game name, and the issue you describe.
Services and retention
VEXOL uses Discord for login and support, Tip4Serv for checkout and subscription data, and hosting services needed to run the storefront.
VEXOL keeps account, purchase, subscription and support information only while it is needed for storefront operation, customer support, accounting, security, dispute handling or legal obligations.
For privacy assistance, open a private Purchase Support ticket. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how a privacy concern is handled.
