Support contributions help VEXOL operate and improve the server community.
What contributions support
Donate to VEXOL contributions help with VEXOL operating costs, development work, events, giveaways, and future improvements. They are voluntary support contributions, not charitable donations.
A support contribution does not provide ownership, voting rights, financial return, cash value, or a guarantee that any server will remain available forever.
Contribution amount
Donate to VEXOL uses Tip4Serv's hosted custom-amount checkout. Tip4Serv enforces the GBP 1 minimum before checkout can proceed.
Donate to VEXOL does not include a kit or in-game delivery unless a real benefit is later added and described clearly.
Payment issues
For mistaken, duplicate, failed, or unauthorised payments, open a private Purchase Support ticket as soon as possible.
Refund handling is reviewed through support and remains subject to applicable legal rights and Tip4Serv/payment processor rules.
Customers should contact support before opening a chargeback where practical so the order can be checked and resolved.
