Need help with an order? Open a private support ticket in the VEXOL Discord.
How support works
Use the ticket panel to create a private support thread for purchase questions, delivery issues, or checkout problems.
Include your Discord account, Tip4Serv order reference, server, and in-game name only inside the private ticket. Do not post private order details publicly.
For support contributions, use the Support & Donations Policy.
Kit claim guide
All kits are purchased through the website only. Do not purchase kits through Discord.
Your product page shows your Elite Kit or kit role, your exact in-game Quick Chat claim phrase, and your claim cooldown.
You can also check your Discord roles to see which Elite Kit role you currently have.
